Yogurt Ranch Dip
I love ranch as a dip - and occasionally a sandwich condiment. It doesn't rank above mustard and hot sauce for me, but it's certainly up there. However, I'm really not a fan of the standard bottled stuff, the "faux" flavours and gummy texture are a no no. It's really worth making your own! I feel much better about dunking my veggies (and chips) in this homemade version.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup greek yogurt (plain)
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
1.2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne (or less)
dash of Worcestershire
2 gloves roasted garlic, minced (or tsp dried garlic powder)
1 tbs fresh dill, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for at least a few hours for the flavours to come together.
Note: When I made this one, I was low on parsley. So I added a bit of this, and it's awesome. So play with what you have and come up with your own pseudo-ranchy dips!
Serve with any veggies, chips, or Cauliflower Buffalo Bites!
